How do I book an appointment? 

All appointments can be made either by calling me Leanne 07710602273, via email - rosalibliss@gmail.com or the fastest way is to click the link on our contact page and find our Facebook page and message me direct or use the appointment app on the Facebook page.

What is the cancellation policy?

It is required of you the client to give 48 hours’ notice in the event of cancelling or to re arrange your appointment. Failure to give this notice will result in 50% of the service cancellation fee.

If in the event of a no show, you do not arrive for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your treatment cost as a cancellation fee and unfortunately, we will be unable to offer you any future appointments without pre-payment. Please ensure you contact Leanne Priest via telephone call 07710602273 or message via the Rosali Bliss Facebook page direct for all cancellations or rearrangements.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Appoints can be rescheduled up until 48 hours before your appointment. Please see our cancellation policy in the contact page for more details.

What if I am running late?

If you are running late please message me as soon as you can. 

Unfortunately, any client who arrives more than 20 minutes late for an appointment will be treated as a no show and appointment cancellation without notice. Please be aware that arriving late causes all further appointments that day to be impacted and loss of time for client and therapist.
Please contact Leanne Priest via telephone 07710602273 or Facebook page direct if you are running late. Repeated appointment cancellation will require pre-payment for all future appointments. Pre-paid appointments are non-refundable.

I have anxiety and can panic is that ok?

I understand the fear and upset anxiety and panic can bring and Rosali Bliss is a inclusive calm and relaxing environment. I am extremely understanding and have experience first hand of the difficulty it can bring. Please rest assured I will not judge anyone and it is a safe environment.

Can I bring a friend or relative?​

I am always happy for anyone who would like to be a friend or relative to appointments. Covid procedures have to be maintained and health and safety considered at all times. Rosali Bliss is limited on space however please contact me to make arrangements.
