Late arrivals

Unfortunately, any client who arrives more than 20 minutes late for an appointment will be treated as a no show and appointment cancellation without notice. Please be aware that arriving late causes all further appointments that day to be impacted and loss of time for client and therapist.

Repeated appointment cancellation will require pre-payment for all future appointments. Pre-paid appointments are non-refundable.

Patch tests
When booking any treatment, you will be informed if a patch test is required. A patch test must be performed at least 48 hours before treatment (even if you have had this treatment in another salon or situation). Patch tests only take a few minutes and are very important. If you are unable to come into the salon for patch testing, sadly I am unable to visit client’s homes.  Failure to have the required patch test may result in your appointment being cancelled and a cancellation charge will apply. Rosali Bliss do not offer any disclaimers. For clients under 18 years of age, a patch test is still required under parental/ carer supervision and the same rules apply.
