Cancellation & Booking Policy

At Rosali Bliss I want to give every client the time and attention that you deserve for your service. I understand that sometimes circumstances occur, and you need to make adjustments to your plans. Please understand that your appointment time was set aside just for you. Appointment dates for services help to make sure that clients don’t miss the opportunity to receive services. So, I want to make sure that everyone is available to fill that appointment time.

My salon booking policy and cancellation policy is intended to ensure that I have the opportunity to fill any last-minute availability. I don’t want to make any clients on the waiting list miss their chance to book an appointment or receive a service. Please understand that I am committed to offering you the highest possible level of service during your appointments with me.

Cancellation and booking fee policy

If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, I respectfully request at least 2 working days (48 hours) notice.

  • If your appointment is on a Monday, please cancel before Thursday the previous week

  • Tuesday appointments cancel before Friday the previous week

  • To help facilitate smooth booking and cancellations of appointments made within the salon, my salon requires a 50% upfront booking fee for all appointments, and this is non-refundable.

  • This booking fee will be deducted from the final amount owing from your attended appointment and is non-refundable.

  • If you do not give notice of cancelation before the minimum of 2 working days (48 hours) notice before your appointment or do not show or are late, the booking fee will not be refunded.

  • If you do not show for your appointment, the original booking fee of 50% will not be refunded and a further 50% fee of your original booked treatment cost, will be added to any addition appointments and be required to be paid alongside additional booking fees before any appointment is confirmed.

  • If you do cancel your appointment before the 2 working days (48 hours) notice period, a one-time reschedule slot will be offered to you and the booking fee will be carried over for this appointment.

  • If after the one time rebooking of a new appointment is made and cancellation occurs again, even with giving the 2 working days (48 hours) notice period, the booking fee from your original booking will be non-refunded and a new booking fee will be required for further bookings.

  • If you do not rebook a new appointment the booking fee is non-refundable.

  • Booking fees need to be paid upon booking to secure all or any bookings. If a booking fee is not received no appointments will go ahead.

  • If you need to cancel because of a personal or medical emergency, please contact me as soon as possible, and we can decide how best to proceed.

  • If in certain circumstances appointments must be missed (at Rosali bLiss discretion) a one time reschedule option is available and all booking fees will be carried over. If, however this happens again, sadly the booking fee is lost and a new booking fee is required for further bookings.

  • If in the event the therapist has to cancel your appointment, your booking fee is transferred to a new rescheduled appointment. Though this is unlikely, it does happen and you can either have your booking fee refunded or used for another appointment.

Salon Late Appointment Policy

I want to make sure that all our clients have the opportunity to receive services. I understand that sometimes life is unpredictable, and so I allow for a 15 minute grace period for late arrival in case you are unexpectedly delayed. If you think you are going to be late, please call the salon so that I can adjust the schedule. If you do not contact the salon or are later than the 15 minutes your booking fee will be non-refundable, and appointment cancelled.

The safety of our staff and our clients is our top priority. As such, the salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone if we feel that they pose a health or safety risk. This includes but is not limited to lice, skin infections, open wounds, contraindications, contagious illness (such as a new, continuous cough or a fever), or rude/ obnoxious behaviour. Thank you for your understanding.
