Waxing is a semi-permanent method of hair removal that works by pulling the hair out from the root.

All waxing treatments begin with the therapist heating up the wax in a specially designed pot.

A spatula is then used to spread the wax onto and across the desired area for removal.

The wax is then either left to cool or a fabric strip is used to press onto the area. Once cooled or a strip is applied the wax is removed by removing the wax or strip, removing the hairs from the follicles. This process usually prevents the hair from growing back for around 2-8 weeks.
